Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer for Full Time Access Control Patrol in Imperial, PA. You will protect clients across Tech/Media/Telecom locations and deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining high security standards.

You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, monitor access points, document observations, and respond calmly to incidents. The role requires strong customer service, integrity, and the ability to work a fixed schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver;for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading zones, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials in accordance with site policies; assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate observations and security-related concerns through established reporting channels.
