Navigate Search is seeking an Overnight Tow Dispatch & Roadside Assistance Coordinator for an entry-level, full-time role in New York. This position involves learning the transportation and roadside industry while developing skills in operations, customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

You will coordinate towing and roadside requests, communicate with drivers and customers, monitor service progress, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Receive and coordinate incoming towing and roadside assistance requests.
Communicate with drivers to arrange and coordinate service assignments.
Provide customers with service updates and estimated arrival times.
Monitor active service calls and adjust assignments as needed.
Maintain accurate customer and service information within company systems.
Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, motor clubs, and business partners.
Address routine service issues and assist with resolving customer concerns.
Support daily operations while maintaining excellent customer service.
