You will supervise staffing, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company standards while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and team members. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of retail experience, and at least 1 year of management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze financial information.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning and development paths for team members.
• Documents disciplinary actions and makes discharge recommendations.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and maintaining shrink for the department.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet customer service and sales goals.
• Ensures team is trained and adheres to Meijer standards.
