Job summary

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds; physically active.
• CPR/First Aid certifications within required timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records and document progress notes and incidents.
• Provide ADL training and safety instruction for residents.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional needs and report changes.
• Deliver and document medication administration per MAP requirements and policies.
• Attend mandatory trainings and staff meetings; assist with orientation of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and regulate safety practices.
• Perform hands-on program tasks and maintain site safety and housekeeping as needed; provide transportation when necessary.
• Maintain staffing ratios; cover last-minute gaps as required.
• Provide physical intervention/first aid in emergencies and report to authorities as required.
• Remain awake and ready for shift; perform other related duties.
