Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an overnight program attendant at a community living setting in Massachusetts. You will support individuals served, teach skills for independence, and ensure a safe, clean residential environment.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, documenting progress, assisting with ADLs, providing first aid, and maintaining logs while adhering to MAP and regulatory requirements. This is a physically active role requiring vigilance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required within two weeks of hire.
• MAP, PBS Tier 1 and Safety Care certifications are required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records, data collection, and incident logs.
• Provide training and support to assist with ADLs and daily living tasks.
• Ensure staffing ratios, safety, and transportation as needed.
