Job summary

Vinfen Corporation is seeking an overnight program staff member to provide individual and group support in a community living arrangement. The role includes teaching independence skills, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring medication handling complies with MAP requirements.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, recording progress, assisting with ADLs, and participating in training. Driving may be required; a valid license and clean record are expected.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position using a Vinfen van or personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs, including ISP/PSTPs and clinical programs.
• Maintain records for persons served and document progress notes.
• Provide training and support to persons served in completing ADLs and household chores.
• Monitor physical and emotional needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Store, administer, document and dispose of medication per MAP requirements and policy.
• Participate in mandated training and staff meetings; assist with orientation of new staff.
