Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an overnight program support professional to assist individuals in a community living arrangement in Connecticut. You will participate in planning, teach essential daily living skills, and help maintain a safe, clean environment while ensuring adherence to policies and treatment plans.

The role requires readiness to provide transportation, complete required trainings, and support 24/7 operations as part of an interdisciplinary team dedicated to empowering individuals served.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning processes.
• Maintain records for persons served and document incidents and activities.
• Provide training and support in ADLs and basic household tasks; conduct fire and safety training.
• Monitor physical and emotional needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Store, administer, document and dispose of medication consistent with MAC requirements.
