Vinfen is seeking an overnight program provider to support individuals in a community living setting. You will implement treatment programs, teach daily living skills, document progress, and ensure a safe, clean environment.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, assisting with medications, conducting safety trainings, and reporting changes to the supervisor. This position requires driving, lifting, and staying alert through the shift.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is required with valid license and insurance.
• Must pass driving background checks.
• Physical requirements including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records and progress notes for persons served.
• Provide training and support for ADLs and safety training.
• Monitor needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Store, administer, and dispose of medications per policy.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as directed.
• Ensure program site safety and assist with transportation when needed.
• Maintain staff-to-person ratios and provide last-minute coverage.
• Provide first aid in emergencies and report incidents.
• Remain alert and properly dressed during shifts.
• Perform other related duties as required.
