Job summary

Vinfen is seeking ACCS Awake Overnight Residential Counselors to provide direct support in a residential group living environment. You will assist residents with daily living activities, participate in meal prep, and help implement treatment plans to foster independence and well-being.

Responsibilities include administering medications under MAP, maintaining safety, and collaborating with staff, families, and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in human services preferred.
• Experience in human services setting preferred.
• Bilingual/bicultural applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Help residents settle in and support sleep routines during overnight hours.
• administer medications under MAP requirements and document as required.
• Follow treatment plans and participate in supervision meetings.
• Use recovery-oriented, trauma-informed approaches and maintain safety and cleanliness of the program.
• Complete required documentation and contribute to quality improvement goals.
