Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an Overnight Program Specialist to provide individual and group support in a community living setting. You will implement treatment programs, monitor safety, and assist with ADLs and transport as needed.

This role requires teamwork with an interdisciplinary staff, CPR/First Aid/ MAP/PBS certifications within specified timelines, and a commitment to dignity, independence, and quality of life for persons served.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs, including ISP/PSTPs and clinical programs.
• Maintain records, collect data, and document progress notes and incidents.
• Provide training and support to Persons Served in completing ADLs and daily living tasks.
• Monitor physical and emotional needs and report changes to supervisor.
• Store, administer, document and dispose of medication per MAP requirements and policy.
