Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in retail/grocery or customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

• Clear, direct communication and ability to guide teams.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guides Leads and Team Leaders in daily work and training needs.
