• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, and coaching to be successful.
• Identifies talent and engages in career discussions to support staffing and leadership pipelines.
• Maintains Meijer standards and fosters growth within the organization.
• Manages area operations and financial results, overseeing execution of plans to maximize sales and productivity and budget items in the P&L.
• Drives safety and compliance and ensures store condition integrity.
• Guides Leads and Team Leaders in daily assignments and training needs.
