Responsibilities

• Engage peers to provide the best possible shopping experience and checkout.
• Communicate with team members and assign daily tasks.
• Mentor and coach team members to exceed service and sales goals.
• Assist in training and cross-training and support leadership on scheduling.
• Ensure product freshness, uphold dating rules and food safety standards.
• Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display where applicable.
• Operate a register and basic powered equipment when needed.
• Contribute to a diverse, inclusive work environment aligned to company culture.
