Job summary

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Experience with staffing, hiring, and scheduling.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams toward safety and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach all team members and drive customer service and sales.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Provide career development paths and promote team advancement.
• Maintain P&L, drive sales and control shrink.
• Ensure training is completed and standards are upheld.
• Promote a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
