Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store.
• Strong ability to communicate directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise team members in day-to-day store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve service and sales.
• Staffing, hiring and scheduling to meet needs.
• Support promotion and development decisions for the team.
• Maintain P&L focus and shrink reduction for the department.
