Meijer, Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional to plan, direct and supervise team members across departments.

You will mentor and coach staff, implement customer service strategies, drive sales, manage staffing and scheduling, and uphold Meijer standards in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. This role requires strong communication, the ability to resolve conflicts, analyze store performance, control shrink, and ensure training is completed.

• Ensure thorough training and adherence to standards.
• Maintain store appearances and product presentation.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
