Securitas, Inc. is seeking a dependable SOC Operator to support daily security operations at our client site in Framingham, MA.

The role involves monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control, responding to incidents, and maintaining thorough documentation to ensure safety and security. The successful candidate will be comfortable with technology, able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with site leadership and responders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Center or similar setting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to follow established procedures and communicate information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents per procedures.
• Receive, assess, and communicate alarms, emergencies, and events to the right personnel.
• Document incidents and security activities in logs and reports.
• Monitor access control activity and report unauthorized or suspicious access.
