Securitas USA is seeking a dependable Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator to support daily security operations at our client site in Massachusetts. You will monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control, respond to incidents, and document actions to help maintain a safe environment.

The role requires effective communication, calmness under pressure, and the ability to follow established procedures while collaborating with security teams during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Security Operations Center, command center, dispatch, or security-related role preferred.
• Familiarity with CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, or incident management systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive, assess, and communicate alarms, emergencies, and other security-related events to the appropriate personnel.
• Accurately document incidents, security activities, and responses in daily logs and incident reports.
• Monitor access control activity and identify and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with security officers, site leadership, emergency responders, and other departments as needed.
• Follow established protocols for emergency situations, incident escalation, and response.
