Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Command Center Supervisor in Framingham, MA to oversee daily Command Center operations and ensure continuous monitoring of security systems.

The role requires coordinating incident response, audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, Facilities, and vendors. The ideal candidate has SOC/NOC or security operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Genetec access control and video management systems.

Formación

• Experience in a SOC, Command Center, NOC, IT Help Desk, Technical Operations, or Service Desk environment.
• Strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, and alarm monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with IT, vendors, and facilities teams to resolve technical issues.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with security management software.
• Genetec experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily Command Center activities and ensure continuous monitoring of security systems and workflows.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, alarms, and other security systems for issues and performance.
• Track incidents, service requests, alarms, and technical issues from identification to resolution with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, vendors, and system integrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Manage access permissions, credentials, visitor access, and system integrity while adhering to site policies.
• Monitor CCTV systems, investigate security events, and assist with incident reviews using Genetec and related platforms.
• Conduct audits, compliance checks, system testing, and reporting to meet standards.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, summaries, and performance metrics with accurate records.
• Provide guidance and support to Command Center staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Maintain professional communication with employees, clients, responders, and stakeholders.
