Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Site Supervisor for the Overnight shift to lead Security Officers and Lead Officers at client sites in California. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while coordinating with client representatives to maintain security standards.

You will coach and discipline staff, train officers, help with payroll and personnel information, and ensure adequate coverage across posts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations with emphasis on patrol, inspection and response.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to provide positive direction and motivate performance.
• Strong customer service and results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client posts, ensuring post orders are followed and proper reports filed.
• Coach and discipline staff; meet with employees to document actions and improvements.
• Train security personnel and review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports as required; inspect posts and outline tasks.
