Job summary

Securitas is seeking a customer service oriented supervisor to lead on-site security officers, ensure post orders and protocols are followed, and maintain site coverage. The role supports incident response, training, and payroll submissions.

This position offers a wage of $18.25 per hour, 3rd/Overnight shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package with paid training, weekly pay, and advancement opportunities with the regional management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year security experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Advanced computer/technology skills.
• Strong communication, reporting and organizational skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
