Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising in QSR or full-service restaurants.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional conduct.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US; Food Manager Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries according to protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
