The role supports training and development while enforcing safety, sanitation, and cost controls. This position requires open availability, strong leadership, and commitment to consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervising or leading teams in a QSR or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a drive for efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure top quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to manage stock and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and stay within budget guidelines.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and functional.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Ensure operating and quality standards are met.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for staff.
