Pine Street Inn is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to work the 40-hour, Tuesday-Saturday night shift at the Boston shelter located at 444 Harrison Avenue. The role focuses on direct guest care, housing pathway support, and coordinating access to addiction, mental health, and medical resources.

Data entry into HMIS and proper documentation are required daily. The position demands staying energized under demanding conditions and collaborating with staff to ensure guest safety and timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in human services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with housing pathways and connect guests to resources.
• Support connections to substance abuse, mental health and medical services.
• Enter data into the HMIS system and document reports per policy.
• Make sound decisions and seek supervision when needed.
