The role involves HMIS data entry and reporting, with on-call hours (6:45am-3:15pm) during emergencies. Strong communication and human services experience are essential; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year in human services.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good emergency response and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe shelter environment and respond to guest needs.
• Assist guests with housing pathways and connect to resources.
• Enter data into HMIS and document reports per policy.
• Make sound decisions and seek supervisor guidance when needed.
