Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is recruiting a Service Desk Associate in Holland, MI. You will greet members and guests, manage access, answer questions, and help with membership sales while maintaining a clean facility and smooth front-desk operations.

You will also handle phone inquiries, process sign-ups, run the POS system, and support shift tasks and daily checklists, ensuring a positive and professional environment consistent with our brand values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Perform club housekeeping and front desk duties.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and conduct club walk-arounds.
