Planet Fitness in Marysville, WA is seeking a Service Desk Associate for part-time hours. You will handle membership sales, front desk operations, and facility cleanliness, delivering friendly service to both members and guests.

Responsibilities include greeting members, processing memberships, answering questions, operating POS, and maintaining the club environment. Prior customer service is preferred; basic computer skills and reliability are required.

Formación

• Excellent phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Understand and communicate the Judgment Free Zone concept.
• Accuracy with numbers and cash handling.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer calls and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions.
• Conduct the Club Walk-Around every 20 minutes and complete checklists.
• Assist and train new employees.
• Perform shift start/end procedures.
• Clean and tidy the club including equipment, floors, restrooms, and common areas.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
