Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a night shift in Fort Worth, TX. You will supervise security staff on the assigned shift and act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and field operations to ensure quality service.

The role requires strong communication, crisis management, and the ability to prepare clear reports. You will work Monday–Friday, 9:00pm–5:00am, with weekly pay and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must read and understand operating procedures.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean record.
• Background check and drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate with site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Ops Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition and appropriate discipline.
• Ensure delivery of quality services to the client.
• Prepare and maintain incident reports and logs.
