Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations for a client site in Fort Worth, Texas. The role encompasses staffing, scheduling, training, payroll tasks, and quality assurance to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

Pay is $25.00 per hour with weekly pay, full-time schedules, and opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented environment. U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security‑related industry.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that on-site security functions are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset required by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting personnel and their performance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for staffing and disciplinary actions for personnel under supervision.
