You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance while promoting the Rewards program and private label cards. You’ll learn and follow SOPs to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with stocking, shelf replenishment, and planograms.
• Educate customers on store programs and promotions.
• Follow SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on the VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs)
• Maintain stock and complete merchandise recovery and returns
• Support shrink and safety programs
