Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Overnight RN Supervisor for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift in Connecticut. The role provides clinical oversight and administrative supervision across nursing units, ensuring resident safety and seamless overnight transitions.

Ideal candidates hold an active CT RN license with 2–3 years in SNF/LTC or sub-acute settings, plus experience with EMR systems like PointClickCare. On-site leadership and shift coverage are required.

Qualifications

• CT RN license in good standing.
• 2–3 years clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab.
• Overnight supervisor/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR documentation and incident reporting.
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Overnight Clinical Supervision across all units during 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift.
• Triage & emergency response as primary clinical resource for night staff.
• Conduct regular nocturnal rounds inspecting care delivery, infection control, meds, safety.
• Manage late-night admissions, transfers, and morning handoffs to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, CNAs for a collaborative night team.
• Ensure EMR documentation complies with DPH and CMS rules.
