CareerNerds, LLC seeks an Overnight RN Supervisor to oversee 11:00 PM–7:00 AM operations in a Connecticut facility. You will provide clinical leadership, triage support, and ensure continuity of care across nursing units during the night shift.

The role requires an active CT RN license, 2–3 years of SNF/LTC experience, and strong EMR skills, with a focus on resident safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute settings.
• Leadership experience as overnight supervisor/charge nurse preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., PointClickCare) for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the overnight clinical supervisor across units (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).
• Assist night staff with triage, emergencies, and clinical decisions.
• Conduct nocturnal rounds, monitor infection control, meds, safety.
• Manage admissions/transfers during night hours and hand off to day leadership.
• Lead and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in a supervision role.
• Ensure EMR documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.
