Riverfront Rehab is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for an overnight shift (Mon-Thu, 11pm–7am) in New Jersey. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise direct care staff, and coordinate resident care plans to ensure a consistent Flow of Care across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in LTC nursing management
• NJ Registered Nurse license required
• Strong supervisory and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate care through an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of geriatric and chronic care nursing principles and applying them to residents
• Daily compliance rounds on units to observe and verify information
• Monitor delivery of care and ensure staff output quality
• Demonstrated competency in clinical skills for the resident population
• Demonstrated data collection on residents’ physical, behavioral and functional abilities
• Interpret and implement facility policies for care staff
• Organize and assign daily tasks to staff to meet resident plans of care
• Ensure Flow of Care is followed
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
• Must have at least 1 year LTC nursing management experience
• Must have NJ RN license
