Riverfront Rehab is seeking an RN Supervisor for an every-other-weekend position in New Jersey. The role oversees total resident care, supervising nursing units, and coordinating staffing.

A strong background in nursing leadership and long-term care is required, with responsibilities spanning care plans, medication administration, and emergency response. The position offers full-time hours, benefits including health, 401K, holiday pay, PTO, and overtime, plus a supportive work environment

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current registration in the state.
• Experience in the nursing field.
• Supervisory experience in long term care is required.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies daily staffing and redistribution.
• Collaborates with charge nurses to exchange information on resident care and matters affecting well-being.
• Makes rounds to assess resident condition and identify at-risk residents.
• Ensures the nursing care plan is followed for each resident.
• Performs medication passes and direct resident care as needed.
• Participates in resident care committee meetings.
• Reinforces training and orientation of nursing staff.
• Responds to emergencies throughout the shift.
