Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in areas such as meat, bakery, produce, deli; customer service and product flow experience helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly to team members.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and address root causes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information to inform decisions.
• Ability to mentor team members across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Staffing, selection, and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Mentor and coach team members; promote succession planning.
• Responsible for P&L, sales goals, and shrink control.
