Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments across store areas are helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate directions clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze financial and statistical information for decision making.
• Ability to mentor team members across SDITs, hourly staff, and leaders.
