Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an Overnight Program Assistant to support a community living arrangement in Windsor. You will implement treatment components, document progress, and help residents with daily living tasks while maintaining safety and a clean environment.

Role requires 3 months to 1 year in a related function, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. CPR/First Aid/MAC/Safety Care certifications are required within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
• CPR/First Aid/MAC/Safety Care certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records, collect data, and document incidents and activities.
• Provide ADL support and basic training to residents.
• Submit fire/safety training records and monitor safety.
• Transport residents as needed and ensure staffing ratios.
• Provide first aid and report to regulatory bodies when required.
• Wakeful overnight presence and adherence to policies.
