Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an overnight program assistant in Connecticut to provide individual and group support, teach independence skills, and ensure a safe, clean residence. You will participate in treatment planning, document progress, and assist with daily living activities while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3 months to 1 year in a related field, a high school diploma, and driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driving is required; valid license and safe driving record; background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs including ISP/PSTPs and clinical programs.
• Maintain records for persons served and document incidents, programs and progress notes.
• Provide training and support in completing ADLs: showering, hygiene, dressing, chores.
