Job summary

Vinfen is seeking an overnight program staff member to support residents in a community living arrangement in Connecticut. You will assist with treatment programs, provide ADL support, document progress, and help maintain a safe, clean living environment.

You will ensure appropriate staffing, perform safety trainings, and respond to emergencies as needed. The role requires 3 months to 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Three months to one year experience in a related function.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform physically active tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment programs and participate in planning.
• Maintain records and document incidents, programs, and activities.
• Provide ADL assistance and personal care, including household chores and safety training.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional needs and report changes.
• Administer, document, and dispose of medications per MAC requirements and policy.
• Ensure staffing ratios and provide last-minute coverage as needed.
• Provide first aid/physical intervention when necessary and report to authorities.
• Remain alert and present during the shift and perform related duties.
