BENCHMARK is seeking an Overnight Reservations Agent to join the Reservations team at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves processing guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations, as well as answering questions and resolving concerns.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in a hotel environment, and a customer-centric attitude. Compensation is set at $16.50 per hour, with benefits including health insurance and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Ability to handle guest requests and resolve concerns.
• Willingness to learn the resort’s property management system.

Responsibilities

• Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations for guests.
• Send confirmation emails and answer guest questions via phone or email.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the resort’s property management system.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
