Welcome to OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, a part of Pyramid Global Hospitality. We are looking for an Overnight Reservations Agent to join our Reservations team in Oklahoma City, OK.

What You Will Do

• Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations for guests.
• Send confirmation emails and answer guest questions via phone or email.
• Resolve guest concerns, handle requests, and process rooming lists and payments.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the resort’s property management system.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Keep the work area neat and organized, report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and follow the required checklist for duties and timelines.
• Assist with cross‑training and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in reservations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent communication skills for phone or in‑person interactions.
• Customer‑centric attitude.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn the resort’s property management system.

Compensation

$16.50 – $16.50 per hour, with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and employee discounts.
