Job summary

BENCHMARK is seeking a Reservations Agent to manage guest reservations and provide exceptional service at the OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park. This role includes answering guest inquiries, processing reservations, and maintaining a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations experience beneficial, preferably in a hotel/resort.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, and write.

Responsibilities

• Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance.
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Update information in the computer systems as needed.
