Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant.
• Guide guests on their culinary journey through the menu.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Act as a menu master to enhance guest conversations.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests with concerns and ensure resolution.
• Present bills accurately and timely for guest experience.
