Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls, texts and chats from helpline callers in crisis.
• Perform safety screenings and risk assessments.
• Develop action plans in collaboration with individuals.
• Document interactions accurately per established criteria.
• Provide linkage follow-up to ensure services accessed.
• Coordinate with agencies to optimize resource use.
• Ensure HIPAA and related compliance.
