Job summary

Open Sky Community Services seeks an Assistant Program Coordinator in Massachusetts to lead overnight staff while supporting the Program Coordinator with scheduling, operations, and budgeting tasks. You will help deliver individual and group services, transportation, and skill development to individuals served.

Responsibilities include developing person-centered plans, coordinating activities, and participating in on-call rotations, with additional hourly differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Reliable, willing to learn, and open to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.
• Assist in staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.
• Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation.
