Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 3+ years related GMP/food manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior lead/supervisory experience in GMP environment required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned area(s) to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Coordinates schedules and communicates production plans to Leads and staff.
• Reviews daily production reports and tracks KPI performance.
• Ensures safety, quality, and GMP compliance is maintained.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
