Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team across Packaging and Processing at two facilities. You will plan daily work, delegate tasks, coach staff, ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include training new employees, writing SOPs, monitoring performance, coordinating with other departments, and driving continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to work across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year related experience or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education and prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience operating blending/processing and packaging equipment preferred.
• Manufacturing experience in food or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors shift performance and efficiency to meet daily goals.
• Trains and orients new production employees to the department.
• Develops and writes SOPs, Work Instructions, and One Point Lessons.
• Operates and adjusts production machinery as needed.
• Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in production.
