Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily activities of the packaging and processing teams across two facilities (391 and 395).

Responsibilities include scheduling, KPI tracking, workflow optimization, safety and GMP compliance, and collaboration with Quality and other departments to meet production goals. Strong Lean experience and supervisory background required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior lead/supervisory experience in a GMP environment.
• Lean Manufacturing including 5S and Lean Practices helpful.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises production team on shift to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Coordinates daily production schedules and communicates them to Leads and employees.
• Monitors KPIs, productivity, and schedule adherence; provides reports to manager.
• Collaborates across departments to secure supplies and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures GMP and safety policies are followed and supports safety initiatives.
