Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the daily activities of the packaging and processing teams on the shift. You will ensure safe, quality, and efficient production and compliance with company policies.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor KPI targets, collaborate with other departments, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree OR at least three years' related experience in a food manufacturing or GMP environment.
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience in a GMP environment required.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing including 5S.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors day-to-day operation of assigned area to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinates schedule and communicates daily production plans to Leads and employees.
• Produces and reviews daily production reports and KPI metrics.
• Monitors product quality and ensures packaging is correct and labeled.
• Supports safety and GMP compliance and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
