Job summary

NOW Health Group INC in Bloomingdale, IL seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead all packaging and processing operations, ensuring safe and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

You will supervise frontline leaders, manage schedules, improve OEE, and collaborate with Quality, Planning, and Engineering to meet targets and uphold cGMP standards. Weekend coverage may be required in some shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Production activities to execute the plan.
• Drive safety, quality, service, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Own schedule adherence and on-time production execution.
• Improve OEE including downtime, run rates, and changeovers.
• Lead workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to align demand with production.
